Life is a journey, we prepare for it, choose our paths and make many decisions at many junctures (Most will choose downslopes over upslopes too). Pick your travel partner wisely and you will walk far... Greet people you meet with kindness.
The journey is not easy but need not be a struggle. Choose a happy tune to sing, savour the moments along the way. Persevere in finding joy whatever comes your way, and don't cling on to baggages.
